Over the last six months the Lenmark Training Academy has been improving the range of training on offer.

Our aim is to maintain a constant training regime of exceptional quality to ensure all our site staff are fully qualified to work safely and efficiently. Training in all aspects of site work, including courses in a number of languages. Due to the diverse makeup of our site staff, we recently conducted a training class in the use of a CAT (cable avoidance tool) in Russian for the benefit of our East European operatives.

Over the coming months we are planning to ensure that all site staff will have completed courses in the following:

  • Manual handling.
  • Working in confined spaces.
  • IOSH training.
  • Working at heights.
  • SHE training.
  • CAT training.
  • Excavator & Dumper courses.
